Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
